Furness Enterprise are your "first choice for business support" (source:Hill Taylor Partnership "furness business support survey, 2007") in South West Cumbria's Furness peninsula, one of the UK's Assisted Areas, where special grants are available to companies of all sizes. We are committed to helping your company to grow successfully by providing you with a ISO9001 Quality Assured, locally provided, locally focused, simplified enterprise and business support service. By the end of 2006 we had enabled companies to create over 8,103 jobs since 1992. We help individuals access jobs and companies to grow. We lobby Government for more resources, and contribute to the work of others such as West Lakes Renaissance, Business Link north west and Cumbria Vision involved in sustaining a strong local economy.
