Welcome to our new and improved Events and Training Schedule for 2012.

Our aim is to provide practical and beneficial training courses at affordable prices. Keep an eye out for our special offers such as the Early Bird Specials and discounts for multiple bookings.

We conducted local market research to find out exactly what types of training and events local companies would like to see, and designed our new schedule around customer feedback and demand.

As a result of customer feedback, Furness Enterprise is introducing a new service of bespoke training to compliment our new training and events schedule. This provides specifically designed training and courses to meet the training requirements of your company.

Events

We run a wide range of events offering businesses of all sizes the chance to participate in seminars, workshops, masterclasses,entrepreneur evenings as well as general and customised training courses most of which are delivered from our HQ in the Business Centre at Waterside House in Barrow in Furness (http://www.watersidebusinesspark.co.uk/) and at other venues within Furness.

The events and training courses are open to all types and size of business and individuals who are either seeking employment or wishing to start-up a business for the first time.

Prior booking is essential. All events are listed in our events calender in date order - just click onto a date or event title to find out about what we are offering. Some of our events are free and some involve payment of a fee. 

The Business Enterprise Start Up Training Course is very useful to individuals who are looking to become self employed.  The 5 day course is carried out on a monthly basis and will teach you how to produce a Business Plan in readiness for your business.

Waterside House

Waterside House is also a useful base and venue for companies of all sizes seeking  a "soft landing" in Cumbria and the Bay area.

Touch-down offices and meeting rooms are available for use by Companies. In co-operation with our public and private sector partners, we at Waterside House can ensure that your establishment here is fast, efficient and friendly.
