Barrow Boosting Marketing Event

Furness Enterprise is hosting a marketing master class on Wednesday 17th February 2010 which will provide local businesses with fresh ideas and inspiration to promote and market their businesses.
Keynote marketing speaker will be Geoff Ramm, who has been described as the Billy Connolly and Peter Kay of Marketing due to his unique observational style. He has the ability to enthuse and inspire audiences to gain and retain more customers, whilst standing out from the competition.
Fresh from his speaking tour of Persia, where he was voted 'Best Speaker' at the World Advertisement Forum in Tehran, Geoff has promised to share a selection of his marketing techniques to help every business in Barrow.
"I love coming to Barrow, people here are very similar to my home town of South Shields - they are passionate, and have a strong drive to succeed. I have spent a lot of time in Barrow helping small businesses, and during my time travelling here I have a few ideas (some radical) that I am going to announce to everyone on the night on how I would build Barrow into a thriving place to visit and shop."
